Giving a Smile is a non-profit young group of humanitarian dedicated to give a smile to the less fortunate children, their families and their communities. We accomplish our goals primarily through financial support. Our work currently benefits more than 1,000 poor children.
The aid began in 2005 with providing water, food and clothing to the homeless and immigrants living in the canyons of San Diego County. After seeing the great need of many people in the area of San Diego it was decided to form a small group and help the needy in and around San Andrés Xecul, Guatemala.
