Offer Eligibility

This offer is valid only for qualifying contributions made directly to Giving A Smile Foundation through the official donation link, QR code or another approved payment method.

Your contribution helps Giving A Smile Foundation provide dental care to children who need it most. As a donor benefit, qualifying donors may receive dental services generously provided by Rifkin Raanan. These services are provided by Rifkin Raanan and not by Giving A Smile Foundation.

Contribution Levels and Fair Market Values

• A contribution of $100 or more qualifies the donor for a comprehensive dental examination and digital X-rays. The good-faith estimated fair market value of this package is $450.

• A contribution of $300 or more qualifies the donor for a comprehensive dental examination, digital X-rays and one routine prophylactic cleaning. The good-faith estimated fair market value of this package is $675.

• A contribution of $550 or more qualifies the donor for a comprehensive dental examination, digital X-rays, one routine prophylactic cleaning and one in-office professional teeth-whitening treatment. The good-faith estimated fair market value of this package is $1,500.

Tax Disclosure

The amount deductible for federal income-tax purposes is limited to the amount contributed above the fair market value of the dental services received.

Because the fair market value of each donor-benefit package exceeds its stated minimum contribution, a donor who contributes only the stated minimum will generally have no deductible charitable contribution. If a donor contributes more than the fair market value of the applicable package, the amount contributed above that fair market value may be deductible, subject to applicable law and the donor’s individual circumstances.

Donors should consult their tax advisers regarding the deductibility of their contributions.

Clinical and Appointment Conditions

Appointments are required and subject to availability, clinical evaluation, provider discretion and applicable standards of care.

The cleaning included with the applicable packages is limited to one routine prophylactic cleaning. Periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, deep cleaning, and other periodontal treatment are not included.

Professional teeth whitening is available only to patients whom the treating dentist determines are clinically eligible. Age, oral-health and other clinical restrictions may apply.

Any examination findings, diagnoses or treatment recommendations are determined solely by the treating dental provider. Additional treatment is not included unless expressly stated. Any additional services accepted by the patient may result in separate charges from Rifkin Raanan. No additional treatment will be performed or charged without the patient’s or legal guardian’s prior authorization.

Additional Offer Conditions

Limit one donor benefit per donor. The benefit must be used by the qualifying donor and is non-transferable. It has no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or offers.

Contributions are nonrefundable. Failure to schedule, clinical ineligibility, appointment unavailability or failure to redeem the benefit before its expiration does not entitle the donor to a refund or cash equivalent.

The offer is valid at participating Rifkin Raanan locations in Beverly Hills and Brentwood through August 10, 2027. All included services must be completed by that date. The offer is void where prohibited by law.
